A Canadian leader in hospital solution aimed at improving efficiency on both general and specialized hospital wards is looking for a Regional Account Manager for provinces of Quebec & Ontario. The company constantly monitor best international business practices and innovate to provide a wide range of products and services that enable healthcare institutions to increase their operational efficiency. Primary responsibilities: In collaboration with the Senior Regional Account Manager: • Support proposal development, proposal follow-up, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management. • Establish and execute sales strategies. • Assure follow-up on all prospects and clients • Participate in trade fairs and various other industry events. etc.

Specific knowledge

• Strong understanding of the healthcare client business • Proven sales record • Ability to work and thrive in a long and complex sales cycle environment • Comfortable delivering presentations to large groups  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously • Ability and willingness to travel to support a variety of healthcare clients • University degree in business, computer sciences, a health-related field, or equivalent. The following will be considered strong assets: • Specific experience in selling to hospitals  • Competitive compensation plan including a base salary, commissions, car allowance and a benefit plan including RSP.
