This position is responsible for managing the implementation process and customer training, for a range of diagnostic care systems in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include account implementation, working with accounts as Project Manager, to coordinate and help execute all phases of implementation to ensure successful point of care testing programs, all aspects of customer training and follow up and installation and servicing of these systems; networking hardware installation, integration, validation and service.
This position requires a self-motivated, organized individual possessing a high level of verbal and written communication skills and a strong IT background. An R.T. or A.R.T. and 3 – 5 years experience in a routine laboratory related to the appropriate discipline is required. The individual must be available for both planned and short notice overnight travel (50 – 75% or more) and irregular hours. Bilingualism is an asset. Toronto/ Montreal
