Our client is a Leader in the respiratory market for more than 40 years with the development of a unique product for use in critical care. They now offer a broad range of innovative products. In total, their products are sold in more than 100 countries. They support their customers with sales and marketing operations located in 30 countries. The client invests a significant proportion of their headquarter based workforce in clinical research, product and process development.
They are currently seeking for an Anesthesia Sales Representative to promote their Consumables and Capital Equipment to OR (Surgery) departments.
You will be responsible for calling on current and prospective Hospitals in the GTA, Northern Ontario and Eastern part of GTA (Ottawa is not part of this territory).

• Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territory
• Conduct customer visits to introduce their hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefits
• Install equipment for clinical trials, educate hospital employees, and provide post-sales education and support
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
• Disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce to track opportunities, sales, and monitor results
• Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on the company products
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints
Specific knowledge
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred / Anesthesia Technologist, OR nurse a plus
• 3+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling model
• Medical device sales, preferably in the OR, are preferred
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory
