They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for their Women’s Health division.
Locations: Ontario or Quebec, Canada
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas,
- Interfacing with prospects and closing sales transactions
- Heavy focus on territory development by prospecting and creating new leads
- Planning and implementing strategies for increasing sales
- Research and analyze competitive products
- Perform market research, investigation and due diligence
- Determine physician wants and needs while working closely with product development and marketing teams to develop and roll out new products
- Support the service and clinical teams post-sale
- Attend scientific events, launch events, symposiums and trade-shows to market products
- Regular travel

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Capable of working independently as a self-motivated sales professional
- Highly proficient in the entire sales process of lead development, nurturing and closing
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop customer loyalty
- Must be able to develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success
- Must be a good active listener with the ability to ask key questions
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Connaissances spécifiques
- President’s Club/Rookie of the Year/Prestigious Sales Awards
- Bachelor's degree in business or science
- Successful, demonstrated experience selling capital equipment
- Must be a self-starter, results driven, highly organized, with the ability to establish relationships quickly
- Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions in clear, concise, and easy to understand presentations
- Understand Return on Investment selling methodology
- Experience selling to women’s health physicians is preferred, but not required
- Customer Service driven and interface with all levels of customers.
