Business Unit Director

Business Unit Director – Home Healthcare A great opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a leadership role with an entrepreneurial Homecare / CPAP company. This role oversees excellence in patient care and leads the development and implementation of business strategies, process development, business development and marketing for a growing sleep therapy organization with focus on quality. Opportunity for advancement exists. Responsibilities • Drive business development across Canada, including establishing new locations • Provide leadership and oversight to clinics across multiple geographies across Canada • Establish policies and procedures that drive quality of patient care to support business growth and overall performance for new and existing locations • Manage P&L and budgeting • Establish clear and measurable objectives for clinics • Establish and implement specific marketing strategies across different geographies in Canada • Leadership on HR activities associated with staff including recruiting, organizational planning and performance reviews

Qualifications:• Experience in the healthcare field managing multiple locations, preferably Homecare / CPAP stores• Experience in an entrepreneurial environment• University degree, preferably BBA/BCom• A RT license is an asset but not requiredLocation/Travel:• Based in Western Canada• Regular travel required
