Description
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Primary purpose of the job: Systems Specialist
In this role, the candidate provides support and troubleshooting guidance for all instrumentation marketed by the company. The support is provided remotely via phone assistance or via modem. Efforts are coordinated with Application Specialist and Connectivity Specialist to provide total instrument system support for customers and field based employees. The System Specialist promotes teamwork, cooperation, removes barrier to productivity and creates an enthusiastic, positive work climate.

Responsibly answering customer’s needs thru support and troubleshooting, by probing with appropriate questions

Reviewing all design notes, PM procedure, Field corrective actions, mandatory actions & service manuals

Actively participating and working in compliance with ISO and Health Canada regulations

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Consult with Global Customer Service and System Support

Obtain MOVEX – CIR certification
-
Review test results
-
Conduct training for: Customer Service, FSE and other internal associates
Specific knowledge
Requirements:

Certificate or bachelor degree in Electronic

Minimum of 2 years of pertinent Field experience

Experience working for a manufacturer in bio-medical electronics (inc. experience with microprocessor controlled equipment)

Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken – French & English)

Strong ability to work in a team environment
