Description

This Montreal based organization needs to fill a strategic role in business analytics. The candidate will develop and implement critical business measures for Canadian Operations and provide analytical tools and services to drive market, sales and customer strategies. Work with national and sub-national data to uncover opportunities and threats for Canadian business units and monitor impact of promotional vhicles for Primary Care and specialty Business Inuts. Provide leadership in the Design and Implementation of Segmentation and development nad publication of key performance metrics ( Brands and Field) providing one version truth for the organization. Develop propesctive analytical methodology and provide understanding of provincial drivers of perfromance. Drive Knowledge of Marketing/sales/Third party Science into business Ability to apply advanced quantitive techniques and thinking to solve business related to pharmaceutical sales and marketing.

Specific knowledge

You must possess a M.Sc, Statistics, Econometrics or similar disciplines. You need to have an extensive background (7-10) years in pharmaceutical / healthcare businesses and an ability to understand the interrelationships for analytics. Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical national and sub-national data. Demonstrated creative thinker for solving business problems. Ability to effectively manage people and customer priorities. Knowledge of analytical techniques with demonstrated ability to apply to business problems using contempory softwares ( SPSS; Statlab, SAS, Spotfire, etc). Advanced use of data management software applicable to Canadian operation (Access; Excel) - SAS a plus. Proficiency with both desktop and database analysis tools.
