Our client, a pharmaceutical company and a leader in his field, is seeking for a Sales & Marketing Director for the launch of a new divisionproduct for the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in launching new products. Is an experienced sales leader, strategist and business builder. He/she has proven leadership, a solid track record in growing market in the pharmaceutical industry.
He/she is an articulate communicator who can interact at all levels of the organization and will be able to establish his/her credibility. The company seeks an outstanding hands-on candidate with a strong business acumen. The successful candidate has the ability to move from the strategic level to the implementation effectively.
He/she will possess an optimal combination of the following:
Providing strategic direction and guidance;
In collaboration with other members of the team, prioritizing business objectives and initiatives to deliver maximum growth for the Canadian market.
Working with the members of the executive team to ensure the effective development and execution of global division plans;
Establishing performance objectives; evaluate performance; and identify opportunities for growth and development;
University degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration. An MBA is preferred;
Ten years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position.
Strong marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strong sales management experience
