An International manufacturer od very innovative products is looking for a Sales Specialist for the Toronto area. If you have axperience selling to hospitals and LTC facilities please contact us at your earliest convenience. See main responsibilites listed below:

  • Sales growth, account management and positive business relationship with customers
  • Introduce new concepts, protocols, products and programs

  • Manage a complex sale through institutional, homecare and retail organizations.

  • Ability to guide a sales call by following the consultative selling skills model,

  • Analyze market data and develop strategic plans to grow sales.

  • Coordinate selling and conversion efforts with your counterparts in any given target account.

  • Maintain call frequency to support account conversion and account service needs.

  • Resist price pressure by establishing clear differentiation between the company’s product and competitive alternative.

  • Develop and present clinical and financial proposals to key decision makers in conjunction with the Management Team.

  • Conduct multiple shift in-service programs as needed to ensure effective product adoption and utilization.

  • Maintain Ethical and Professional selling standards abiding by our Immutable Principles and Cultural Beliefs.

  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize opportunities and close business objectives

  • Attend conventions and sales meetings as required

Specific knowledge

  • 4 year college degree required (nursing diploma an asset)
  • 2+ years of experience in medical industry
  • High level of initiative
  • Strong business acumen
  • Disciplined approach to problem solving
  • Attention to detail
