Our client, a Canadian owned distributor of medical equipment (Home HealthCare) is seeking a dynamic customer service professional. Amongst the primary tasks, the incumbent is also responsible to: • establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients and key contacts. • Promote, sell and support products, services and programs.
Specific knowledge
The requirements for this role is as follows: • 3+ years of customer service experience or inside sales, preferably in a highly competitive industry such as office equipment • Excellent people and relationship skills • Looking for a career not a job! • Strong interpersonal skills geared towards effective negotiation, presentation and communication • Experience in Home Healthcare industry will be considered an asset • Excellent time and priority management skills • Highly competitive personality, wants to win. Passion for selling and moving the business forward. Bilinguism is mandatory (French & English).
