Description

If you like New Challenges here is the perfect opportunity for you! Brand new position to implement a new Canadian division following great success in the USA. This position will have to perform all duties related to initiating and implementing a business plan for Healthcare sales in Canada which will also include growing Sales and GM. Responsabilities: 1. Identify key opportunities in healthcare market and build relationships at a Corp level (Executive). 2. Concentrated and focused effort on Private LTC accounts. 3. Work directly with Sales Reps that are responsible for healthcare accounts to implement contracts, programs and focus areas to grow sales and GM . To include extensive travel with representatives and managers. 4. Monitor and distribute monthly reports on contracts, programs, and focus areas. 5. Work directly with VP Canada to launch new contracts within healthcare accounts. Additionally, work directly on any "save" opportunities to contracts under threat or loss. 6. Direct interaction with LTC corporate offices for business review and growth opportunity identification. Others: 7. Education and communication to the sales team of Healthcare sales activity and successes. 8. Development and implementation of sales tools and programs specific to healthcare sales growth. 9. Measurement of success by monthly updates to VP of Canada.

Specific knowledge

a) 4 year degree university diploma, experience in selling to GPO's and or Long Term Care Groups at the \ exectutive suite \"; proven successful track record selling into large groups. b) ability to write a business plan with selling stratgeies into Long Term Care Groups, and resposibility to execute plan into accounts c) needs to be an excellent communicator, can develop and give presentations to groups ; must be able to understand needs of the Canadian Healthcare market and develop programs to meet those needs d) coordinate training of sales organization in successfully hadling Long Term Care Group.
