General manager

The General Manager will be expected to lead a team of approximately 50 employees in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He will focus on finding investments in the business to support the ongoing development of a major product, its market launch(es) and sales/marketing support as required. The General Manager will also lead the Company’s efforts to out-license the marketing rights of this product  in one or more global jurisdictions.

The successful candidate for this position will have extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in North America and/or abroad, preferably in the areas of regulatory affairs and marketing, with urology experience an asset. He/she will have strong knowledge of, and a solid network of contacts in, capital markets and the industry as a whole.
