Manager, Field Application Specialist
Description
Our client, an International company and a top manufacturer of laboratory products for the hospital market and industries is looking to fill a senior position to lead their application specialists team. Our client offers a very competitive compensation package.
Main responsibilities will be to:
- Support your team to meet and exceed daily goals, tracked via CRM against key performance indicators (ex:KPI)
- Optimize all team resources by exceeding customer expectations, provide guidance on optimizing work schedules and others
- Empower team to independently comply with regulatory and procedural requirements
- Partake in active coaching, mentoring and motivation of the team members
- Actively partake in team member’s evaluations
- Assess and identify training and development needs and ensure execution of training plan as well as expertise level maintenance
Specific knowledge
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Minimum of three years of laboratory experience, preferred
- Experience in managing a team - mandatory
- Experience in diagnostic industry
- Ability to train and coach peers and to easily take in charge new project, products and technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Languages: English: Fluent
- Utilize Salesforce.com/CRM360 as key planning and organizational tool. Proactively plan weeks and month ahead. Use it to keep detailed records of important customer facing events
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
