The primary role of this position is to represent the Company in all relevant health care system authority, government reimbursement and health policy areas. This position will manage the challenges and opportunities inherent to gaining key account, Local Health Authorities, and provincial-level reimbursement for an advanced medical device. Gaining and securing access, in both private and public markets. The individual must be able to work effectively on multiple teams to learn and contribute to the brand strategies and then execute those strategies with the various levels, tendering authorities, and the overall health care system and governments.
Develops creative and effective strategies to gain early maximum reimbursement for the company products.
Supports contract/partnership negotiations and transaction issues as needed and secure the best outcome for the Company.
Responsible for the creation, development and implementation of market access strategies targeted at KOL’s, patient groups and other stakeholders. Forges relationships with stakeholders, senior health care and government bureaucrats.
Develops the market access and reimbursement sections of the annual brand plans.
