Marketing Director
Description
Our client just open a new position for a Marketing Director, International. The ideal candidate will be self-starter and result-oriented working in a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The candidate will have to: • Create and implement global product and brand strategies and associated tactics • Develop, implement and maintain strategies (advertising, communications, market access, reimbursement, sales tactical tools, etc.) • Partner to prepare new product launches • Lead specifics initiatives including trade shows, exhibitions, etc • Maintain a thorough knowledge of competition
This position has 2 direct reports and one indirect.
Specific knowledge
The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor of sciences. An MBA will be an asset. • 10+ years of experience as a product manager (US and International experience). Experience in Marketing management will be an asset. • Excellent analytical skills to effectively develop marketing strategies and business plans. • Excellent communication skills • Bilinguism (English and French) would be considered an asset.
