This company has one of the biggest pipelines in the industry. They are actually looking for a Marketing Manager with a solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing. The responsabilities are the following: • Direct the marketing programs and pre-marketing programs. Ensure planning, implementation and monitoring of business strategies and tactics for all products. • Lead the development of market oriented and executable Marketing plans in line with the company's processes and corporate strategy. • Lead, motivate, challenge and develop the brand team( 2 PM, 2 CHE and 1 assistant PM) to anticipate future trends in disease and market environment and adjust plans accordingly. • Direct the financial analysis and resource allocation activities to achieve optimal returns on investment and management results for the corporation. • Direct the Brand team in it's activities in alignment with an involvement of other departments to ensure successful development of strategies and implementation of tactics.
Specific skills and qualifications : The ideal candidate : â¢ A bachelors degree with a preference for a post graduate degree. â¢ An experienced marketer, strategist and business builder with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. He/she has proven leadership experience in successful product launches and growth of leading brands. â¢ Ability to attract, retain, develop talent to ensure competitiveness of the organization and has a demonstrated track record in building high performance teams. â¢ Prior experience in some or all of oncology, sales management, and market research would be an asset. â¢ The ideal candidate will be accustomed to making decisions and recommendations that have impact and will have demonstrated the capability to plan, bring clarity and integrate these initiatives within the broader context of the business. â¢ Organizationally astute, he/she has superior influencing and communication skills and is able to build strong working relationships. The ideal candidate will have the presence, intellect, energy, drive, people skills and business acumen to succeed in a high performance team based environment. â¢ He/she must show superior abilities in the following areas: innovation, collaboration, leadership, customer focus, results focus, change orientation, and communication. â¢ Advanced knowledge of business/marketing planning, budgeting and financial control, Canadian pharmaceutical legislation and business environment, forecasting and business analysis as well as superior presentation and negotiating skills are required.
