Our client is a medical company specializing in medical products designed exclusive for General Surgery, Thoracic and Neuro Surgery. They are currently looking to hire a medical representative to cover Montreal and surroundings. Package includes a competitive base salary, solid commission structure, car allowance and gas card, and benefits. Responsibilities: • Manage new products introduction and maximize sales of existing products. • Meets or exceeds sales targets on an ongoing basis and has the capability of selling targeted products to targeted accounts. • Display a strong knowledge of product line • Capitalize on all product features and benefits • Maintain a high level of expertise in appropriate surgical procedures and operating room conduct •
Specific knowledge
• Minimum of 2 years of documented, successful outside sales experience in Medical or Dental • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally in a professional manner. • Ability to establish and develop account relationships with key decision makers and influencers. • Solid organizational and time management skills. • Self motivated. • Positive attitude, work ethic and a team player. • Professional accomplishments that reflect strong leadership, dynamic, interpersonal skills, effective decision-making, and technical expertise. •
