Patient Support Programs Manager
Description
The Patient Support Programs Manager (PSP) will be responsible for leading the development and execution of programs to support and facilitate individual patient support and access to all commercially available product across Canada . This is a cross-functional role that will necessitate consultation and ongoing interaction with all departments.
Role:

Lead the pre-launch, short and long term patient program strategy for assigned brands in collaboration with the functional teams. Create strategic program model scenarios that will deliver value to patients based on market access strategy and ROI.

Design and manage PSP based upon the brand and patient needs, (education, delivery support, adherence, access to public/private reimbursement, financial assistance, expert management) and providing differentiated value-offering to patients

Closely manage the partner(s), budget and deliverables according to launch timelines and looks for continuous quality and strategic improvements to patient programs
- In collaboration with all departments ensure that patient support tools & training materials are developed for patients & health care professionals and internal personnel.

Responsible to analyze PSP market trends by conducting internal and external assessments

Provide strategic input into both brands and market access planning to ensure patient offering optimization and ROI through lifecycle of the brands/portfolio.
Specific knowledge
-
University degree in Marketing, Health Sciences or Business

Three-five years of state of the art in Leading and Managing Patient Support Programs.

Marketing experience in the Pharma industry is a key asset

Experience in cardiology and/or oncology an asset

Good understanding of the private & public reimbursement environment

Customer centric

Strong Negotiation skills

Bilingualism is preferred, English is required
