Regional Sales Director – Quebec province

A multi-specialty health care company established more than 50 years ago. This well renowned company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to the Sales Director and based out of Montreal, you will be responsible for managing the sales team of Quebec. Additionally, you will be responsible for: • Developing and executing a tactical plan that will result in attaining or exceeding regional sales and expense objectives in accordance with approved marketing plans. • Providing leadership and direction and be responsible for building a skilled team of high performing specialty sales representatives. • Providing business insight and solutions for the challenges and opportunities that exist. • Building strong business relationships with key customers and demonstrating tact and diplomacy to maintain existing business and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Specific knowledge
• A University degree in Science or Business Administration • 3-5 years of specialty field sales experience coupled with 2-5 years field sales management of a specialty pharmaceutical team; Marketing experience is an asset. • Excellent customer service and coaching skills. • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English. • A business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
