Regional Sales Manager. This young, dynamic healthcare company is preparing to penetrate the American market with a high-technology hospital supply chain product designed primarily for operating rooms. The company is forecasting a rapid increase in sales to this market in the coming years. In preparation for this growth, it is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Canadian and US market. As such, you will manage six sales representatives, and you will be in charge of hiring the rest of the team to build a minimum sales force of 10 representatives. Supported by the Director, Business Development for North America, you will be expected to maximize the market penetration of this highly promising product.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a sales force in the healthcare equipment sector as well as in launching a product to a new market. Knowledge of the American healthcare market will also be considered a major asset. This position is based in Montreal and involves extensive travel (60%).
