Regional Sales Manager – Surgical
Reporting to the Business Unit Director Surgical, the RSM is responsible to provide solid leadership and direction to the Sales team in order to achieve this unit unit’s revenue and profit targets. You will be responsible for the successful development and execution of the business plan, provide coaching and mentoring to a team of 8 experience Sales and Clinical professionals in order to achieve and surpass targets.

Candidates must have at least 3 years in successful Sales Management experience in the medical field.
The individual must be a team player who can motivate a team to outperform as well as a role model of leadership behavior and ethics.
Bachelor degree and bilingualism are prerequisite for the role.
