Sales representative – Medical device
Description
Our client holds a leader position in his segment and sells clinically preferred products to Canadian Hospitals. They are looking for a Sales representative to cover the Quebec province region with a focus on Montreal, Quebec and Sherbrooke's hospitals. As a sales representative you will be responsible to:
- Maximize the sales and utilization of products through superior clinical education, outstanding customer service with existing and new clients.
- Develop long term relationship with existing and prospective customers and win their respect and confidence in the client products.
- Meet annual sales objectives
- Maintain regular contact with all customers at all levels in order to provide accurate clinical support, product education and resolve issues
- Ensure a professional image is projected at all times to customers
- Attend trade shows and training sessions as required
Specific knowledge
- University degree (preferred) or clinical license (RT or nurse)
- Proven sales track records in Medical Industry (3+ years)
- Experience selling to ICU, OR and emergency room
- Ability to sell a value added line of products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivation
- Autonomous
- Results oriented
- Experience selling to Quebec hospitals (RFP - GPO’s, etc)
- Work ethics
- Bilinguism (French & English)
