Sales Representative
Description
As a Respiratory Sales Specialist you will have to provide customer education on our products, applications and benefits to ensure best possible patient outcomes, best clinical practice and sustained utilization of products to consistently meet or exceed sales targets for the Atlantic region. Responsibilities : •Present and sell company products to current and prospective customers •Establish new relationships with clinical professionals to grow accounts and territory sales results •Develop sales and territory management plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager in order to ensure resources are focused to achieve sales plan and maximum market impact •Complete and deliver marketing presentations to all applicable customer groups to introduce our products and therapy approaches and their benefits to create a demand for products. •Resolve customer inquiries and concerns through professional discussion, negotiation and conflict resolution to ensure acceptance of products and customer satisfaction •Install equipment for clinical trials of our products, educate hospital employees, and remedy any issues or problems in order to ensure acceptance of products •Interact with hospital regulatory, compliance and technical departments to ensure all compliance barriers are overcome, when necessary
Specific knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills â¢Active Clinical License (Respirology Therapist, RRT, Registered Nurse) â¢3+ years medical device sales experience (or related medical sales field) â¢Knowledge of hospital sales market requirements â¢Negotiation and presentation skills â¢Territory management and planning skills â¢Bilingual (English/French) preferred â¢Customer and distributor Relationship Management skills.
