Description

Senior Product Manager - Rheumatology Job Description Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Senior Product Manager develops and implements market analysis and forecasting, strategic plans (short and long term), tactical plans, including tools and programs, sales force communication, Plan and Update presentations, KOL development, life cycle management planning, new product introductions, and administrative responsibilities. The Senior Product Manager masters the skills of marketing and is a brand champion. Upper Management, internal, external customers and sales force see the incumbent as an expert. Every day - Development, implementation and measurement of tactics as defined in the brand tactical plan. - Coordinate activities of functional areas, advertising agency and suppliers. - Analyze key current issues including the communication of such analysis to senior management. - Manage and prioritize the information flow from all internal and external customers to remain current and proactive. Every week - Develop, implement and measure tactics as defined in annual marketing plans. - Respond to field sales request in a timely manner. Treat them as your number 1 customer. - Maintain regular contact with Key Opinion Leaders along with CHE team in the development professional education program. - To manage and appropriately spend brand advertising and promotional budgets. Every month - Communication of strategic goals, product positioning and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force and external suppliers. - Support the monthly Sales and Operating Planning process. - Build and maintain relationships with AI/US counterparts - Maintain a solid understanding of industry practices and the competitive environment - Engage in and interpret ongoing market research projects to validate brand positioning and promotional direction for the brand. Every year - To develop annual financial planning process including volume forecasts and financial presentations. - To prepare annual Brand Plans, and long range financial plans. - Maintain an ongoing commitment to learning and personal development to prepare for upward mobility. - Plan and coordinate the SMC and sales cycle meetings as well as assuring readiness to roll out programs and tools on time.

Specific knowledge

"Skills/Experience RequirementsEDUCATION Undergraduate university studies that normally last three years in Science and/or Commerce (Business Administration) would be preferred. Graduate studies (ex.: Master’s Degree, MD) an asset. PRIOR EXPERIENCE From 5 to 8 years of experience (Two years of Sales experience or more and Two to Three years as Product Manager).
