The Specialty Biopharma representative is responsible for effective promotion to  a very specialised and niche market through implementation of the marketing plan and customized customer focused tactics. Responsibilities include developing and executing Key Account Development strategies and business plans for hospitals and other relevant Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and accounts. Ensures timely visits on Key customers with strategic frequency - Reviews and updates or revises as necessary, Key Account Development strategy - Communicates with manager all issues, significant accomplishments from the territory - Communicates with manager any competitive intelligence acquired in the territory - Analyzes sales and market share results - Completes and submits a Growth Plan for the following year, including Succession - Completes Key Account Development Strategy for upcoming year - Allocates GS funds to planned tactics for the upcoming year



Specific knowledge

•5 years’ experience as sales representative in the Pharma/ Biopharma industry, including experience as Specialty Representative. •Knowledge of Neurology or Oncology markets is a definite asset. This level normally corresponds to a job that requires extensive knowledge as well as an understanding of the whole job and its practical applications. This know-how makes it possible for the employee to solve all situations generally encountered. •Undergraduate university studies; Sciences is a definite asset. Key Skills and Competencies: •Proven successful sales track record; •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; •Self-driven, autonomous with good leadership skills; •Excellent organizational and planning skills; •Strong presentation skills; •Ability to work as a member of a highly performing and autonomous team; •Strong customer focus.
