Support Manager In-Clinic
Description
Primary Responsibilities Hire and manage the Case Manager team. Drive strategic direction for implementation of Case Management team (data analysis, optimization of resources, ROI); Manage forecasting and expenses for the Case Manager team; Develop training material and implement training for the Case Manager team; Create SOPs for the Case Manager team (reporting, templates, KPIs, best practices etc); Manage the day-to-day activities of the Case Manager team Coordinate communication strategy with the sales teams to integrate In-Clinic activities; Do work withs in the field with the Case Managers; Provide In-Clinic support program training to new reps; Conduct presentations of the In-Clinic program during consultative meetings and adboards.
Specific knowledge
RequirementsNursing degree a mustBilingualism (spoken and written);Immunology experience would be an asset;Strong and demonstrated Customer Service focus;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Superior political savvy and diplomacy for the management of non-line resources;Sense of urgency and empathy.
