A Â Territory Manager â Poultry, is ultimately responsible for creating demand for the Poultry portfolio of products (poultry medicated feed additives, poultry vaccines, poultry bio-devices and poultry diagnostic kits) by changing customer prescribing and dispensing habits.Â
Â
Through effective territory management, the Territory Manager aligns his/her work with organizational goals and objectives to ensure they meet or exceed sales performance targets. When working with customers, Territory Managers take the lead to ensure promotional and commercial activities take place. In collaboration with other colleagues, the Territory Manager seeks to provide solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, the Territory Manager consistently models clientsâ beliefs, values and core competencies.
This territory services Quebec and Eastern Ontario. The ideal candidate would be located in Central Quebec.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
â¢Â           Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent focused on a business or scientific discipline is a plus
â¢Â           Minimum of 3 years in related direct sales and/or marketing experience
â¢Â           Knowledge of poultry products, the poultry industry and the key players is a strong advantage
â¢Â           Proven record of accomplishment, demonstrating successful sales experience or similar experience
â¢Â           Ability to learn scientific and technical information quickly
â¢Â           Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
â¢Â           Strong planning and organization skills
â¢Â           Capacity to interact with veterinarians, technicians, specialists, and other animal health professionals
â¢Â           Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdependent sales team
â¢Â           Able to work independently
â¢Â           Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and capable of quickly adapting to other applications in a Microsoft/PC and Apple environment
â¢Â           Solid leadership skills with a strong desire to seize accountability
â¢Â           Fluent in English and French
