Description
In this role, the coordinator will provide administrative support to the Patient Support Program team. The role involves a high volume of data entry and transactional type work.
- Data entry into the CRM system
- Patient enrollment forms
- Process a high volume of program faxes/ patient blood work/emails from the program/ drug order forms/phone calls
- Assign tasks to team members
- Interact regularly and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Assist the Reimbursement Specialists in conducting patient coverage renewals
- Report inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

Remote/Home office work: Approx 50% of the time
Connaissances spécifiques
- College/Cegep diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required
- Experience in a similar role in the health industry (an asset)
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in digital platforms (tablet, databases, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams) and open to newer evolving technology
- Organized with a high attention to details
- Ability to work variable hours (occasionnally)
