Description

In this role, the coordinator will provide administrative support to the Patient Support Program team. The role involves a high volume of data entry and transactional type work.

  • Data entry into the CRM system
  • Patient enrollment forms
  • Process a high volume of program faxes/ patient blood work/emails from the program/ drug order forms/phone calls
  • Assign tasks to team members
  • Interact regularly and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Assist the Reimbursement Specialists in conducting patient coverage renewals
  • Report inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

Remote/Home office work: Approx 50% of the time

Connaissances spécifiques

  • College/Cegep diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required
  • Experience in a similar role in the health industry (an asset)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in digital platforms (tablet, databases, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams) and open to newer evolving technology
  • Organized with a high attention to details
  • Ability to work variable hours (occasionnally)
