Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, the Sales Operations Manager is responsible to provide operational, financial and business planning support. The incumbent will Lead & Support the Business Unit Yearly Financial Planning process and ensure proper tracking of Sales, expenses, BU key Priories, Projects and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Business Unit priorities, the Operations Manager is responsible to pull all the relevant reports available and, with input from the various stakeholders, create, develop, track and update monthly the Business Unit Dashboard Report (Sales , Marketing, financial….); This includes the identification & sharing of key risks, opportunities and solutions to address.

Leads the preparation of the Commercial Leadership Meetings with various stakeholders and support the VP with the Regional Sales Business Review process with the Team and Corporate Business Review presentations with the Region;
Leads important Business Unit projects as assigned by VPs (e.g : CRM, territory optimization, Portfolio optimization based on growth & profitability analysis with multidisciplinary teams…);
Develops methodology of data analysis, propose Team structure & process, leads workshops with multi-disciplinary teams, tracks progress on key BU projects and report back to the VP & LT Team to solve issues or drive new opportunities;
Support the 5 year strategic planning process, annual financial planning exercise and monthly forecast exercise with relevant finance, sales & marketing stakeholders.

 

Connaissances spécifiques

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Sciences;

5 to 8 years in Project management in pharmaceutical industry (mandatory),  incorporating a strong consultancy & financial background;

Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams;

Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to customer needs and style;

Strong drive with the desire to improve processes and grow financial performance.

Requires analytical and conceptual ability in order to provide strategic focus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities with project management and other computer software applications;

Must show demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate work across the organization, including mid & senior levels.

Superior skills in Project Management software, Excel and Power Point with the ability to develop impactful power point presentations;

Fluency in English and French
