District Sales Manager
Description
Our client is an innovative company specializing in medical devices for private and public institutions (private surgical clinics and hospitals). Our client is currently looking to fill a position of District Manager. The District Manager will be responsible for achieving regional sales and profit objectives through implementation of the Canadian marketing plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure achievement of regional unit, sales and profit.

Develop and execute all regional training programs.

Transfer the information to the Surgical Sales manager.

Develop and effectively implement a regional business plan in cooperation with regional Surgical Specialists.

Manage all resources including sample accounts, demonstration equipment, travel, entertainment and promotional expenses within assigned budget parameters.
Specific knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Marketing/Business)

At least 5 years successful sales experience (3 years in medical/surgical sales)

Ability to present technical information to diverse group
