Key account Manager (Specialty Sales Representative)
Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to achieve or exceed sales, communication, and promotional objectives for a major brand. Your client will be exclusively specialists and allied healthcare professionnals. In your role you will have to: Achieve or exceed sales objectives and according to the strategy, tactics and other parameters defined by the company. Develop, execute and review business plans for territory, including sales and communications objectives by customer and call. Maintain and develop a level of expertise and service that adds value for the customer (product knowledge, therapeutic area knowledge, selling skills) Build long-term relationships
Specific knowledge
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (Business or Life Sciences) • Bilingual (French & English); strong communication skills in both oral and written • At least 5 years experience in pharma/biotech sales at the specialty level • Expertise in consultative selling skills • Proven track record in developing territory level CHE/CME programming • Understanding of major account or account management sales strategies • Experience promoting a major new product in a highly competitive environment • Experience selling premium priced recombinant/biotech products would be an asset
