Description

Our client is a pharmaceutical leader with an entrepreneurial culture and is looking for a Manager, Patients Service – Reimbursement. Our client has an excellent portfolio of products as well as a very promising pipeline. The position is based at their Montreal office and requires travelling (15%).

The Manager, Patients Service – Reimbursement will be responsible for:

Interacting directly with patients throughout their treatment journey to administer the services of our program and report back status updates in the CRM (Customer Relations Management tool) and to the field-based team member in a timely fashion;

Describing and updating chart medical history as it relates to reimbursement and assess drug interaction potential;

Liaising with required parties (payers, insurance companies, pharmacists, etc) to explore and secure all funding options and coordination of services;

Completing Product Complaint reporting as required, following standard practices;

Identifying opportunities to customize current program elements to meet the needs: adjust based on in-clinic, HCP or patient needs; foster proactive continued quality improvement;

Educating patients on services of the program to ensure they successfully complete and have been adherent to drug treatment as prescribed.

Specific knowledge

Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent (Nursing or other HCP designation preferred but not mandatory)

Phone or in person sales or customer service experience in pharmaceutical or service related industry with proven record of success (2-3 years).

Reimbursement experience (2-3 years).

Customer relationship management (CRM) experience with analytical experience (2-3 years).

Call centre experience (2-3 years).

Knowledge of customer complaint processes (an asset).

Patient support program experience (an asset).

Relevant therapeutic area experience (an asset).

Bilinguism (French & English)
