Medical Sales - OR
The OR Specialist is responsible for the promotion of the client specialise product line for the operating room.
♦ Responsible and accountable for achieving the sales and gross profit quotas for the territory, while keeping expenses within guidelines.
♦ Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies & sales funnel for the territory, in consultation with other members regional sales teams. Review, update and adjust business plans and sales funnels on a regular basis to ensure that they are strategic, effective and achieve annual sales quota.
♦ constantly seek out new business opportunities and aggressively target competitive business franchises with a view to growing market share
♦ Develop and maintain a proficient knowledge of the assigned product portfolio, with specific attention to mastering focus products
♦ Develop and maintain strong relationships with client base to enhance the company’s image and promote the client values.
♦ Develop and leverage strategic relationships with key decision makers and influencers
For this position, we are looking for Medical sales experience ideally in O.R.
Candidates who are looking for a high level of autonomy will be a perfect fit!
Bilingualism is a must.
