Operations Manager

Our client is a worldwide (Fortune 500 company) provider of products and services to the medical, dental and veterinary industries. A unique opportunité has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager with superior business acumen to lead their Montreal branch to maximum performance. The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a successfull business strategy to support the branch sales and profit targets, and for developing an effective team to assist in achieving the branch's financiel and operational targets. In this position you will be reponsible for managing a team of 50 employees.

The ideal candidat will be bilingual (fonctionnal), has a completed post secondary diploma in finance or management. In your previous experiences you demonstrated superior competencies in those areas : performance management, financial trend analysis and P&L. You have the ability to create your success through your people and leadership skills. If you have at least 5 years of experience as an Operations manager and a solid track record of successes, this opportunity is for you!
