The Product Integration Specialist Identifies, with the sales organization, the target accounts for the major line of product and help the sales organization meet reagent goals. The candidate aids in the training of the sales organization on any new strategic selling approaches adopted by the Team. The incumbent provides support for technical representatives in the field during installation/startup. Work with Sales and Technical Representatives to provide assistance in resolving customer issues related to reagent performance. Work with Sales and Technical Representatives in developing an installation/startup protocol that will assist accounts in optimizing the time required to have new instruments as Test of Record. Work with identified âkey accountsâ as integration consultant to identify opportunities for instrument placements and new business development. Become the project manager for large integrated and/or automation opportunities to lead the account to a successful implementation
