Product Manager, Market Development Summary of accountabilities Responsible for the Market Development and promotion of products in the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio and to achieve sales growth within establish promotional budgets. Lead a new business approach within the Molecular Diagnostics market to target both the traditional laboratory customer and the new customer segments with tests areas requiring market development. This new approach consists of influencing decision makers at all levels of healthcare, including physicians, public and private testing labs, public health programs and government agencies. Evaluate the market and develop all necessary elements to position the client as the preferred partner in this segment. The Market Development Product Manager is responsible to develop the strategies, tactics, programs, tools and approaches for driving market penetration, sales, share, and growth opportunities. KOL relationship development and management (customers, payers, government agencies) in HPV and Genomics and Oncology along with other relevant market segments Develop and maintain excellent collaboration and relationships with internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences - Master's degree in Business/Science an asset 5 - 7 years commercial experience in Canadian healthcare industry or pharmaceutical domain Previous experience with healthcare authorities an asset Excellent interpersonal skills and thrives to work autonomously in a high energy environment
