Under the Training and Development Managerâs supervision, the Sales Training Manager supports the department by leading and implementing major sales training initiatives and key business processes. He/She is responsible for coordinating the implementation of identified training strategies and plans to support the business needs. Is responsible of managing the Associate Training Managers and Regional Field Trainers and support them with the appropriate coaching and development on their day-to-day job. Leads and coordinates all core training initiatives and programs such as; the Sales Force Knowledge Assessment process, training for new representatives (phase 1 and 2), Specialty Rep training programs, ad-hoc training programs, Sales and Marketing workshops implementation, District Manager training, LMS and e-testing projects and the implementation of sales training curriculum/ pathways for all sales positions. Ensure continuous improvement of training business process.
"Requirements:â¢1 to 2 years as people Manager or District Manager is required.â¢A minimum of 2 years experience and a proven successful training track record as Associate Training Manager and/or Regional Field Trainer is required.â¢A minimum of 2 years experience in sales as a GP Rep within the Pharmaceutical industry as well as 2 years experience as a Specialist Representative and a solid sales track record is required. â¢Sales experience in many therapeutic areas would be an asset.â¢Excellent verbal and written communication skillsâ¢Bilingualism (good mastery of both French and English verbal and written) is highly recommended.â¢Completion of the CCPE (Counsel for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education) Basic Accreditation program is required. â¢Completion of CCPE continuous education programs (in the specific therapeutic areas is an asset)."
