Sr. Product Manager
Description
Our client is a Toronto based pharmaceutical company. They are looking for a product manager with experience to launch a new product. The responsabilities are the following: • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers to support current and future business activities for the brand. • Develop and implement all cycle promotional tools with field force, analyse feedback and adjust tactical tools as needed. • Assume responsibility for all cycle meetings presentations and content. • Work with departments such as Medical, Continuous Medical Education (CME), Market Research, Trade Relations and Team Leaders to ensure optimal development and execution of brand strategy. • Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the achievement of brand objectives. • Monitor and control brand performance and budgets and adjust plans accordingly. • Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to impact the performance and potential of the brand. • Develop a brand business plan that fully exploits the brand potential in line with the company processes and corporate strategy.
Specific knowledge
⢠University degree (business and/or health sciences).⢠Minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical Sales or Marketing including 2 years in brand management ⢠Marketing ⢠Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, team spirit and self-motivation.⢠Ability to generate new concepts and ideas which improve understanding of a situation and/or create competitive advantage.⢠Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.⢠Strong planning/organisational skills.⢠Superior oral and written communication skills.
