Territory Manager

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Territory Sales Manager (Greater Toronto Area) will ensure achievement of sales and market share objectives in all retail accounts in the territory through relationship building, analytical sales strategy development (information gathering, use of business intelligence tools, planning, management of portfolio, use of sales and promotional material and business plans) and by ensuring execution of all agreements, programs, strategies and tactics.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT ANALYSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION
• Development of strategies and tactics to drive the sales through analysis and understanding of the customers’ needs and business.
• Develop and execute a territory and account by account business plan to ensure targets (gross and net sales) are achieved while respecting profitability.
• Keeps on-going sales reports vs budget and metrics on all accounts.
• Effectively utilize programs with customers, managing spend within the accepted guidelines and with respect to both the company and provincial regulations.
• Create and maintain a call cycle to ensure maximum coverage of territory.
• Execute the corporate plan of action as communicated at National and regional meetings.
Specific knowledge
Three (3) to five (5) years of sales experience in health care/pharmaceutical or related market.
Proven sales results (must).
High level of competency in Excel.
Very good communications skills (English)
Superior analyticals skills
