Marketing Manager – Surgical Products
Description
Our client is a world known manufacturer of medical products and has had rapid growth over the past several years. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for their surgical division. You would be responsible for developing and managing the marketing activities of the BioSurgery portfolio, part of the Surgical Division, which is by far the fastest growing and most important one in Canada. You would have the opportunity to liase closely with Global, therefore being able to work at the international level while making sure the Canadian vision is understood. You would work closely with sales, finance, product development, regulatory affairs and logistics, to insure the execution of the marketing plan and the optimization of the product portfolio.
Specific knowledge
"Specific skills and qualifications :The ideal candidate has an MBA, and strong marketing experience with OR products ( at least 3-5 years) * Previous sales achievement , relationships with cardiac and/or neuro physicians is a strong asset * Excellent skills in strategic planning and tactical direction * Strong analytical skills, outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation and leadership.
